Went on holiday, 3rd day I was there I got a cold. I thought it was something to do with going on fair rides twice in a row (the perils of having 2 kids and a missus that doesn't like fairground rides), but apparently not since quite a few other people appearing to have the same affliction. This is one reason why I haven't been doing much at the computer and have been playing console games in a bid to feel somewhat better. Last weekend, daughter No.2 had a stomach bug that made her a bit sick, one of those 24 hour bug things. A couple of days ago, daughter No.1 got the bug and she was sick, wasn't tooo bad as she recovered pretty quickly. Guess who's got it now...? MySpace as it's name goes or myspc to the retarded gimps that would no doubt refer to it as is one of the later reasons for the English language dying. Why the fuck do idiots think it's quicker to type in 'txt' when they have a full keyboard in front of them and not the latest chav phone to prod the buttons endlessly out of?! I've tried to 'type' in 'txt' and I can't, it actually takes concentration to type lik u wld if tlkn 2 a m8 wiv txt. It's understandable to use txt when sending SMS messages, but for fucks sake, this is the internet that you access using a PC/Mac and a full keyboard with every letter, number and punctuation mark you'll ever need, stop bastardizing the English language with your stupid retarded 'txt' language. Now, us internet types are aware of the breed known as 'EMO' and that they have a strange way of taking photo's of themselves. Considering they're supposed to be so emotional and miserable and possibly even suicidal, it makes you wonder why they stick so many pictures of themselves up on the internet for people to see. If they hate everything and everyone, then they should just lock themselves away in a room and not spread on the internet like some kind of depressing virus. Well, another boring week goes by and to pass the time away, I’ve actually tidied up my room a bit and now it’s possible to walk in and come straight to the desk. If you’ve seen the Harvey Birdman episode where X the Eliminator redesigns Birdmans office, it was similiar to that. No more squeezing through and having to turn your body just to get to the desk, now I have a bee-line from the door to the chair and nothing to impede my progress. I had an old 3 CD stereo that was taking up the space that should have been filled by the other hi-fi that was given to me ages ago and that I wanted to use due to it having a record player and me wanting to play some old vinyls. So, I’ve put the old one in my daughters bedroom for them both to have music while they play (daughter No.2’s bedroom is too small, so they play in the bigger room) and I’ve been able to play a couple of records that I haven’t listened to in years.
